Jermaine Baker's killer officer may face misconduct proceedings as Supreme Court dismisses his appeal

THE firearms officer who killed Jermaine Baker more than seven years ago may face misconduct proceedings after Britain’s highest court dismissed his appeal today.
The 28-year-old from Tottenham, north London, was shot during a Metropolitan Police operation against a prison break attempt from a van near Wood Green Crown Court in December 2015.
Prosecutors decided not to bring criminal charges against the marksman, referred to only as W80, in 2017.
