THE RMT union claimed victory today in its campaign to protect the Transport for London (TfL) Pension Fund after plans to change the scheme were scrapped.

TfL also confirmed that the pension review management team has been disbanded.

The union hailed this success as the result of years of determined campaigning, including seven consecutive strike ballots and six days of all-grades strike action.
