DONALD TRUMP’s national security advisor cut short a European trip on Tuesday to address a major cyberattack on the US.
Robert O’Brien will hold National Security Council (NSC) meetings in the coming days after the Pentagon, State Department, nuclear laboratories and Fortune 100 companies were hit by the attack.
Other government departments were also targeted by the hackers, who are thought to have compromised an update to software made by Solarwinds before it was downloaded by thousands of users.
