Corbyn constituents feel insulted that the whip has not been reviewed or restored

CONSTITUENTS of Jeremy Corbyn have hit out at the Labour Party over the ongoing suspension of the whip from the Islington North MP.

The party announced on November 19 last year that it was suspending the whip for at least three months, but that the decision would be kept under review.

However, almost a year later, Islington Friends of Jeremy Corbyn said the ongoing suspension was “an insult to his constituents, makes a mockery of democracy and is deeply unpopular with his hundreds of thousands of supporters across the country.”
