I WANT to start by wishing all Morning Star readers a happy new year — and I also want to thank you for your support over the last year, particularly in helping to secure a significant political concession from the Scottish government on a rent freeze for Scotland’s tenants.
It is through the power of the labour movement, inside and outside of Parliament, that we can deliver further such wins for workers across Scotland.
With the beginning of a new year, we should take stock of where we are and what issues remain untackled in Scotland.
