VENEZUELAN President Nicolas Maduro has called for international support to investigate the cyber attacks which paralysed the country’s electricity system over the weekend.
He announced the creation of a special commission to carry out the investigations and hopes China, Russia, Iran and Cuba will help, along with the United Nations (UN).
It will be led by Vice-President Delcy Rodriguez, he said, explaining that the attacks had been carried out from two US cities, Houston and Chicago.
