Maduro welcomes opposition's commitment to renouncing violence at Venezuela peace talks
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro speaks during a press conference from Miraflores presidential palace in Caracas, Venezuela, Monday, August 16, 2021

VENEZUELAN President Nicolas Maduro welcomed opposition forces’ commitment to renouncing violence as he laid out his government’s demands during peace talks on Monday.
