Second-placed Wycombe needed a stoppage-time penalty to edge Barnsley 2-1 while Wrexham dropped off the pace after losing 3-2 at home to Stevenage. 

Azeem Abdulai bagged a hat-trick as Leyton Orient demolished Exeter 6-2 to move into the play-off places.
