Saracens coach Mark McCall backed Maro Itoje for further England call-ups in the Six Nations after his inspirational second-half performance in a 19-13 victory over Bath on Saturday.

Itoje was pivotal in a second-half comeback as Saracens came from 13-0 down to triumph, after being left out of England’s squad for their Six Nations opener against Scotland this Saturday.
