‘Politics is the key to take on capitalism’

YOUNG Unite members gathered to discuss challenges in the modern workplace at the weekend.

Members of the union met at their annual Young Members Committee conference in Eastbourne to discuss the future of industrial organising.

Delegates also heard from Unite’s assistant general secretary Steve Turner about the growth of the far right and discussed the ways to combat sexual harassment and the gender pay gap.
