Bare-chested XR activists chain themselves to Parliament in protest over government inaction

BARE-CHESTED women chained themselves to the railings of Parliament today to protest against government failure to act on the climate emergency.
The 30 Extinction Rebellion (XR) members said that they wanted to “bare the truth” about the predicted consequences of climate change .
The words “war,” “drought” and “famine” were written across their chests.
