Pivac backs squad’s Grand Slam pedigree before Six Nations decider

WAYNE PIVAC says the Grand Slam experience of unbeaten Wales should be a major boost as they gun for Six Nations title glory tomorrow.

A sixth Six Nations crown and fifth Grand Slam will be secured if they beat solitary title rivals France in Paris.

And 14 of their starting line-up at Stade de France tasted Grand Slam success under head coach Pivac’s predecessor Warren Gatland, with young wing Louis Rees-Zammit the only exception.
