MEN’S CRICKET: The West Indies face Bangladesh in Basseterre, St Kitts on Thursday for the dead rubber of their three-match one-day series. The Windies took a 2-0 lead on Tuesday after their thumping seven wicket win.

Chasing 228 opener Brandon King hit three sixes and eight fours as he top scored with 82 before Sherfane Rutherford cracked a rapid unbeaten 24 to see them home with almost 14 overs to spare.

WOMEN’S FOOTBALL: Arsenal will cruise through to the Champions League knock-out stage tomorrow evening if Juventus fail to beat Bayern Munich or the north Londoners don’t lose their game in Oslo against Valerenga.
