WORLD powers gathered in Austria today for the fourth round of talks aimed at bringing the United States back into the international nuclear deal with Iran.

Both sides signalled a willingness to overcome major stumbling blocks in the talks, which began in early April.

“The participants agreed on the need to intensify the process,” tweeted Russian delegate Mikhail Ulyanov, adding: “The delegations seem to be ready to stay in Vienna as long as necessary to achieve the goal.”
