Guaido threatens violent overthrow of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro after election boycott failure
Flanked by party members, Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido speaks during a press conference, a day after parliamentary elections, in Caracas, Venezuela

WASHINGTON-backed Venezuelan usurper Juan Guaido threatened the violent overthrow of President Nicolas Maduro on Tuesday as he called for the international community to reject recent election results.

Mr Guaido refused to rule out violence to remove the democratically elected Bolivarian leader, saying “we must have all possible alternatives in mind.”

“The only option is to keep putting pressure on Maduro because he will not leave power voluntarily,” he said.
