THE Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) has accused the government of “outlawing” it through usurping its legal personality, following a Supreme Court of Justice ruling on Friday.

It ordered the appointment of an interim new board of directors tasked with “organising internal democratic processes that guarantee the right to political participation of associates.”
