WOMEN’S CRICKET: England will be looking to seal victory in their three match one-day series with Pakistan when the teams meet at Chelmsford tomorrow. After winning the first match by 37 runs the second leg in Taunton was abandoned due to rain. England will next face New Zealand for five Twenty20 and three one-day matches as they continue their build up to this year’s Twenty20 World Cup in Bangladesh.

SPEEDWAY: Steve Worrall top scored with 10+2 points as Birmingham earned a surprise 49-41 over injury hit Ipswich on Monday night. With the two-match aggregate scores level Worrall and Tom Brennan won the super heat race-off to claim a bonus point for the Brummies. In Monday’s other meetings Sheffield won 35-25 after ten heats at a rain-hit Belle Vue and Max Fricke bagged 14+1 points as Leicester brushed aside Oxford 54-36.

MEN’S FOOTBALL: Olympiacos make the short journey to Athens to face Fiorentina in tonight’s Europa Conference League final. The Piraeus-based club are only the second Greek team since Panathinaikos in 1971 to reach a senior Uefa final. Fiorentina are appearing in their second consecutive Conference League final after losing out to West Ham last year. The Italians last won a European trophy in 1969 when they lifted the Cup Winners Cup.

BASKETBALL: Jaylen Brown hit 33 points and Jayson Tatum weighed in with 26 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists as Boston Celtics edged out Indiana 105-102 to complete a 4-0 Eastern Conference series whitewash and reach their second NBA final in three years. In the Western Conference Dallas are leading 3-0 and have home court advantage when they take on the Minnesota Timberwolves tomorrow morning.
