Root and Stokes grind down weary India to stretch lead beyond 100

THE Chinese Football Association (CFA) is capping salaries for domestic and foreign players in its top-flight Super League in what it describes as a bid to maintain “sustainable growth” over the long term.
Also under the new rules issued today, all professional teams will be barred from showing the names of corporate sponsors on their playing shirts or provide any information on the jerseys other than the club name and its home city or province.
All but one of the 16 teams in the league use their sponsor as part of their official name. The changes are expected to be implemented before the start of the 2021 season.
