London Underground customer service managers to strike in dispute over terms and conditions

STRIKE action by customer service managers at London Underground is to go ahead after talks failed to resolve a dispute over terms and conditions.

Members of the TSSA will walk out on tomorrow and Thursday.

The union said its members are concerned about potential changes to their terms and conditions, job role and location.
