Staff anger reaching tipping point at the Financial Conduct Authority, Unite warns

WIDESPREAD anger among workers at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is being stoked as bosses “refuse to discuss pay and plummeting staff morale,” Unite warned today.

Unite said its latest workforce survey reveals “dissatisfaction and frustration amongst employees, with over half considering leaving their jobs.”
