Ginola wants one big tournament
Frenchman wants men’s and women’s World Cups to be played at the same time

David Ginola aims to combine the men’s and women’s World Cups should he be elected as president of Fifa, he announced on Tuesday.

Currently the women’s tournament is held a year after the men’s and in different countries.

The Olympics currently employs a model where both competitions coincide with each other, something the Frenchman is keen to bring to football.
