Gran Canaria now lead the table on points difference from France’s Bourg-en-Bresse, who won 98-89 in Romania against third-placed Cluj-Napoca.
Elsewhere in Group B Lithuania’s Lietkabelis edged out Ulm 94-90 and Thessaloniki won 95-85 in Ankara.
MEN’S CRICKET: South Africa meet India in Paarl on Thursday for the deciding leg of their three match one-day international series.
The South Africans drew level at 1-1 after Tony de Zorzi hit an unbeaten 119 in their successful chase down of India’s 211 all out, sealing a comfortable eight wicket win in Tuesday’s day/night game.
World number one India eased to an eight-wicket win in the first match.
WOMEN’S FOOTBALL: It’s top against bottom in Group A of the Women’s Champions League on Thursday evening as champions Barcelona put their 100 per cent record on the line against Rosengard, who they thumped 6-0 in Sweden last week.
Eintracht Frankfurt host Benfica in the other Group A game. Lyon take their unbeaten record to Norway’s Brann and Slavia Prague, who have yet to score, take on Austria’s St Polten in Group B.
ICE HOCKEY: Guildford Flames defender Kyle Locke has been suspended for one game after making an illegal shoulder charge to the head during their recent 3-0 loss at Nottingham, while Dundee’s Chris McKay received a two-game ban for striking an opponent’s head with his stick in their fixture against Cardiff.
That game ended with a brawl, resulting in two more players from each team receiving fines.
