Fossil fuel power stations tremble before protests

MASS disruption to power stations and urban centres are expected to take place across the country today as hundreds of environmentalists protest against the fossil fuel industry.

The day of direct action is hosted by Reclaim the Power (RTP), which is holding its annual training camp in a field near the infamous Didcot power station in Oxfordshire.

Road blocks, occupations and marches are set to take place in some of Britain’s largest cities, including London.
