Labour threatened with legal action after accusing 82-year-old Jew of anti-semitism for the third time

THE Labour Party is being threatened with legal action after it accused an 82-year-old member of anti-semitism for the third time in as many years after she shared anti-zionist content on social media.
Diana Neslen has said that Labour are silencing those who oppose zionism and undermining challenging real cases of anti-semitism within the party as she becomes the latest Jewish member to speak out over disciplinary action.
Ms Neslen, a member of Jewish Voice for Labour (JVL), has faced three separate investigations which largely focus on a single social media post, as well as material from before she rejoined the party.
