British charity workers describe ‘harrowing’ scenes inside Gaza Strip
THE head of a UK charity in Gaza has described witnessing scenes of horror and catastrophe.
Dr Aziz Hafiz, chairman of Humanity First UK, described victims of Israel’s invasion as suffering untreated infections and injuries without “the most basic painkillers, antibiotics and dressings.”
The charity, one of the first to get into the enclave since the start of Israel’s murderous attack, has previously helped set up water desalination plants and rooftop gardens.
