AT LEAST 41 people were killed and 200 wounded after two Russian missiles blasted a military training facility and a nearby hospital in Ukraine today, Ukrainian officials said.

The strike, which hit the city of Poltava, was one of the deadliest Russian attacks since the war began in February 2022.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that people were pulled out from under the rubble in a video online, and ordered a “full and prompt investigation.”
