Storm in Vietnam leaves at least 59 dead

VIETNAM’S death toll has risen to at least 59, following a typhoon at the weekend.  

A bridge collapsed today and a bus was swept away by flooding as more rainfall hit the north of the country. 

Nine people died as the typhoon made landfall on Saturday and 50 others died during the consequent floods and landslides, it has been reported.
