ANDREW TATE was formally indicted by Romanian authorities today for trafficking minors, money laundering and sexual offences.

The controversial manosphere influencer’s older brother Tristan Tate was also indicted for alleged complicity in seeking to pervert the course of justice, according to an official press release.

Romania’s Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism detailed offences including sexual exploitation of a minor, who was transported to Luton, outside of London, to create online pornography.

Despite the two men only being identified in the press release as two British citizens, aged 38 and 39, local and national Romanian news agencies confirmed they were the Tate brothers.

Alleged offences also included attempts to pervert the course of justice by blocking a victim from going to the police.

Four of the Tate brothers’ luxury cars worth about £700,000 (€825,000) are to be confiscated as part of the investigation.

They also face separate legal cases in the US and Britain.
