Chorus members at Welsh National Opera to take industrial action this week
Welsh National Opera protesting outside Cardiff's Millennium Centre, February 25, 2025

OPERA chorus members have decided on further industrial action at the Welsh National Opera (WNO) this week.

Equity said chorus members voted unanimously to take further action short of a strike, targeting performances on February 27 and March 1.

Industrial action has already been taken by the WNO chorus with members wearing #SaveOurWNO T-shirts during performances, as well as leafleting audience members about why they are taking industrial action.
