Iran vows to hit Israeli military bases in Iraq again

IRAN warned on Thursday that it would strike what it claimed were Israeli bases in the Iraqi Kurdistan region, a week after missile hit a number of targets in Erbil.

Spokesman for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Brigadier General Ramezan Sharif said there would be consequences if the federal government failed to remove them.

“If Iraqi officials do not take action to remove other bases of zionists in this country while our security continues to be threatened from this region, we will respond without hesitation,” he said.
