Warnock tells Aberdeen side to take responsibility after defensive lapses
WARNOCK

NEIL WARNOCK called on his Aberdeen players to take more responsibility after a disappointing cinch Premiership draw with Hibs.

The Dons had come from behind to lead, with Nicky Devlin and Jamie McGrath countering Martin Boyle’s opener for the visitors, but sloppy defending allowed on-loan Bournemouth man Emiliano Marcondes to level for the Edinburgh side.

Interim manager Warnock said: “The players have to take responsibility. The second goal, Nicky [Devlin] has to put the ball out of play with any part of his body. There’s no threat there and all of a sudden it’s a goal.
