MOHAMED SALAH scored his 150th Liverpool goal as his side came back from a goal down to secure a win against Norwich on Saturday.

Milot Rashica opened the scoring for Norwich just after half time but Liverpool responded well. Sadio Mane netted an acrobatic equaliser before Salah scored his landmark goal, assisted by goalkeeper Alisson.

Only Roger Hunt has reached 150 Liverpool goals in fewer games (226) than Salah’s 233.

The win was sealed when January signing Luis Diaz scored his first for the club, latching on to an excellent pass from Jordan Henderson.

This result, coupled with Manchester City’s loss to Tottenham later in the day, means the Premier League title race is back on.

Liverpool are six points behind but have a game in hand on the leaders, meaning they could cut the deficit to three points if they defeat Leeds on Wednesday. City and Liverpool face each other in March.
