Record low satisfaction with NHS is direct result of political neglect, campaigners warn

PLUMMETING satisfaction with the NHS is a direct result of political neglect, campaigners warned today.

The latest British Social Attitudes Survey on the NHS reported that patient satisfaction with the health service has hit 21 per cent — the lowest level since records began in 1983.

The survey was carried out between September and October last year among 2,945 adults across Britain.
