Venezuela: Chavez statue torn down
VENEZUELAN putschist rioters pulled down a statue of late president Hugo Chavez in the capital Caracas on Monday.
Students circulated a video on Twitter of them demolishing the monument to the socialist leader who died in 2013.
Meanwhile, thousands of women, some marching topless, turned out for the Mud opposition group’s “women’s march against repression.”
