Daughter of tractor death worker tells of her grief
THE daughter of a migrant worker killed by a tractor has spoken about her family’s suffering after the Lincolnshire farm was fined £100,000 for safety failings.
Samanta Augulyte said the loss of her mother Asta Juodiene had left a “big wound” in her family’s hearts that “will not heal for a long time to come.”
Lithuanian Ms Juodiene was one of 10 agency workers preparing to plant Brussels sprouts when she tragically lost her life on May 15 2012, a court heard on Monday.
