Cortes: youth are the future and they’re with Momentum

TRANSPORT union TSSA should be proud of its relationship with Momentum and the contribution of its young members, delegates said yesterday.

TSSA general secretary Manuel Cortes told delegates that its young members had played an instrumental role in getting Jeremy Corbyn elected Labour leader.

He said: “We should be proud that, within our union, we’ve got a bunch of dedicated young people who want to get active — not just in our party, but our union.
