MEN’S RUGBY UNION: Six weeks after approving the sale of their formerly member-owned club, Exeter from the English Premiership have been taken over by Cannae Holdings Black Knight Sports and Entertainment in a deal valued at approximately £32.6 million.
The US-based investment corporation also owns football clubs AFC Bournemouth, Lorient from France’s Ligue 1 and Auckland FC as well as the Vegas Golden Knights ice-hockey franchise.
