WHEELCHAIR RUGBY LEAGUE: Holders Halifax won 97-58 at Hull FC on Saturday to reach the Challenge Cup semi-finals where they will be joined by last year’s runners-up London Roosters after they cruised past Sheffield 74-22.
Also into the last four are Leeds following their 96-6 victory at Edinburgh and Wigan, who romped to a 136-6 success in Bradford. Halifax have lifted the Challenge Cup five times since its inception in 2015.
MEN’S FOOTBALL: Bromley were promoted to League One for the first time in their history after drawing 0-0 with third-placed Cambridge, while Notts County lost 2-1 at home to Barnet on Saturday.
