MEN’S RUGBY LEAGUE: Reigning champions Wigan ran in eight tries to overwhelm Warrington 48-24 in their Super League fixture at Las Vegas’s Allegiant Stadium on Saturday night. 

In the women’s international that followed, England suffered a record 90-4 mauling by world champions Australia. 

Watched by a crowd of over 45,000 the one-off event also included NRL champions Penrith beating Cronulla 28-22 and Canberra’s 30-8 win over the New Zealand Warriors.
