Corbyn leads tribute to Carl Sargeant

LABOUR leader Jeremy Corbyn led tributes to Welsh Assembly Member Carl Sargeant yesterday after attending his funeral in Flintshire.

The 49-year-old was found dead at his home in Connah’s Quay on November 7, just days after being dropped from his role as cabinet secretary for communities and children.

Mr Corbyn who said: “I was honoured to attend the celebration of Carl’s life.
