Police investigate far-right threats on Anas Sarwar

POLICE are investigating threats received by Labour MSP Anas Sarwar from a far-right group.

He was sent a threatening email which included a far-right propaganda video.

Mr Sarwar, who had spoken out against Islamophobia directed at him during his recent campaign to lead the Scottish Labour Party, said he would not be deterred from continuing to campaign against hate.
