WASHINGTON was urged to return to the terms of the original 2015 nuclear deal with Iran yesterday as talks continue in the Austrian capital Vienna. 

Tehran says it is ready for a swift conclusion to negotiations over resuming the Joint and Comprehensive Plan of Action which was unilaterally scrapped by the US in 2018. 

Earlier this week Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Nasser Kan’ani called on Britain and France to press the US to revive the deal and lift crippling sanctions.
