BANGLADESH: More protests against Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her government took place today, demanding justice for more than 200 people killed in last month’s violent demonstrations, despite the annoucement of reforms aimed at easing anger over the job quota system that has led to weeks of unrest.

Over 2,000 protesters gathered in parts of the capital Dhaka, some shouting “down with the autocrat” and chanting for justice for the victims as police officers circled them.
