England manager defends naming ‘serial winner’ in his first squad
CYCLING: The first major event of the men’s road racing season rolls out of Prospect, Adelaide on Tuesday morning with Welshman Stephen Williams defending his Tour Down Under title.
The first stage of the 25th edition of this race is a moderately hilly 150 kilometres route to Gumercha.
Swiss rider Noemi Ruegg won the women’s race which finished on Sunday, 13 seconds ahead of Silke Smulders with Britain’s Alice Towers 10th.
