MEN’S BASKETBALL: The NBA’s leading points scorer Shai Gilgeous-Alexander netted another 34 as Oklahoma City thumped an injury-hit Milwaukee Bucks 125-96 to remain top of the Western Conference and level with Cleveland in the national league.

Cleveland travel to defending champions Boston Wednesday morning. At the other end of the table Bilal Coulibaly hit 26 points as bottom club Washington beat second bottom Charlotte 124-114.

MEN’S ICE HOCKEY: Fife Flyers goaltender Janis Voris has been fined and suspended for one game after skating the length of the ice to instigate a fight with his opposite number in the dying seconds of their 7-5 home defeat to the Belfast giants.
