ACTIVISTS demanded action today over the “massive number of arrests” made by the Iranian authorities during the continuing protests in the country.
The protests followed the death in detention of Mahsa Amini in September at the hands of the so-called morality police for allegedly breaking the strict dress code for women.
Reports suggest that as many as 14,000 people may have been arrested and at least 284 killed.
