Forty-year-old Derek Chisora beat Joe Joyce by a unanimous points decision in Saturday night’s non-title heavyweight bout in London, where Dennis McCann outpointed Ionut Baluta to win the European super-bantamweight belt.

MEN’S RUGBY LEAGUE: Super League table-toppers Warrington have signed John Bateman on loan from the NRL’s Wests Tigers until the end of the season.
