WOMEN’S FOOTBALL: The semi-finals of the inaugural Champions Cup kick off in Brentford tomorrow afternoon with New York’s Gotham FC taking on Sao Paolo’s Corinthians. Tomorrow evening’s second last-four clash pits European champions Arsenal up against Morocco’s Royal Armed Forces Sports Association. The two-time African champions needed a late equaliser before beating Asian champions Wuhan Jiangda after extra time in round two.

MEN’S CRICKET: England remain unbeaten at the under-19s One Day World Cup after easing to a seven-wicket win over Bangladesh in Bulawayo on Monday. Middlesex’s Seb Morgan was the pick of the English bowling attack with 3-28 from seven overs as the Bangladeshis were dismissed for just 136. Captain Thomas Rew smashed a quick-fire 59 not out to steer England home with more than 25 overs to spare.

MEN’S BASKETBALL: Oklahoma still have the best record in the NBA and top the eastern conference despite suffering a surprise 101-103 defeat at home to Toronto. Detroit Pistons lead the western conference from the Boston Celtics who saw off Portland 104-92 on Tuesday morning while Minnesota ended a five-match losing run by thumping Golden State 108-83. Luka Doncic hit a 46-point double-double as the LA Lakers won 129-18 in Chicago.

MEN’S FOOTBALL: Arsenal are looking to set a new Champions League record by becoming the first team to preserve a 100 per cent record in the league phase when they host Kazakhstan’s Kairat Almaty tomorrow evening. The Gunners have conceded only two goals in their opening seven games while the Kazakhs, who knocked out Celtic on penalties to qualify, currently sit bottom of the table with just one point to their name.
