MEN’S FOOTBALL: Oday Dabbagh scored twice as Palestine beat Hong Kong 3-0 in Doha on Tuesday for their first ever win at the Asian Cup that also sealed them a debut appearance in the competition’s knock-out stages.
They will face either Australia or hosts Qatar for a place in the quarter finals. Today’s games see South Korea up against Malaysia, Jordan play Bahrain, Kyrgyzstan versus Oman and Saudi Arabia taking on Thailand.
MEN’S FOOTBALL: The five-day-long saga of the FA Cup fourth round kicks off on Thursday evening with Swansea’s trip to Bournemouth and won’t be completed until six-time winners Blackburn, who last won the trophy in 1928, host Wrexham on Monday night.
