Punish A Muslim Day suspect appears in court

THE MAN accused of sending the so-called Punish a Muslim Day letters appeared in court today.

David Parnham is charged with one count of soliciting to murder, one count of making a bomb hoax and two counts of encouraging the commission of offences by sending a number of the letters.

He also faces five counts of sending a hoax noxious substance and five counts of sending a number of letters conveying a threatening message.
